Built from the
Ground Up
Christian Harris started in real estate at age 20 — not with a big brokerage signing bonus, but in residential property management and leasing, learning the business from the inside out under the mentorship of her mother, Mona.
She managed a medical building. Then a one-million-square-foot mall in Chesapeake, VA. Then a shopping center in Raleigh, NC. Every role taught her something most agents never learn: how property actually works, not just how it's sold.
In 2023, she founded BP School of Real Estate — named in honor of her late grandmother Barbara Porter — after years of watching new agents enter the business without the real-world foundation they needed to survive it. The school exists because Christian believes that where you start determines how far you can go.
"I didn't build this school to produce test-passers. I built it to produce professionals who actually know what they're doing the moment they walk into their first transaction."— Christian Harris, Principal Broker
Today she holds licenses in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Georgia — and leads BPRE's seven-revenue-stream brokerage model while continuing to teach, mentor, and invest in the next generation of real estate professionals.
